Email hello@giusscos.com with a short description of the problem. It helps to include your iPhone or iPad model, iOS version, and the Black Swan version (shown on the App Store page under Version History).

Feedback and feature ideas are welcome too.

What do I get?
Full access to Black Swan — logging and classifying events, insights and mitigation plans, the fragility score, the weekly review, and pre-mortems — requires a subscription, billed weekly or yearly.

How does the free trial work?
New subscribers to the yearly plan may be eligible for a free trial. If you don’t cancel at least 24 hours before it ends, the yearly subscription starts automatically. When you start the trial you can ask Black Swan to remind you 2 days before it ends.

How do I cancel or change my plan?
In Black Swan, open the menu on the Home screen and tap Manage subscription, or go to the Settings app › your name › Subscriptions › Black Swan. Cancelling keeps full access until the end of the current period.

I already paid but the app is locked.
On the subscription screen, tap Restore Purchases, making sure you’re signed in with the same Apple Account you used to subscribe.

Can I get a refund?
Payments are handled by Apple, so refunds are requested at reportaproblem.apple.com.

A Black Swan is a rare, high-impact event that only seems obvious afterwards. A deliberate event is a risk you chose or could reasonably see coming. Black Swan classifies each event on your device and shows how confident it is.

Disagree with the label? Open the event and change its classification — your choice is kept and used in your fragility score.

Detailed explanations, mitigation plans, and pre-mortem buffers are written by Apple Intelligence on supported iPhone and iPad models. If they look generic, check that Apple Intelligence is turned on in the Settings app › Apple Intelligence & Siri and that its model has finished downloading.

On devices without Apple Intelligence, Black Swan still classifies every event and uses built-in suggestions for each theme. You can refresh an insight from the event’s detail screen.

Black Swan syncs through your private iCloud. If events don’t appear on another device, make sure both are signed in to the same Apple Account, that iCloud is turned on for Black Swan in the Settings app › your name › iCloud, and that both are online. Syncing can take a few minutes.

Black Swan has no accounts, no ads, and no tracking, and your events are analysed on your device. Read the full privacy policy.
