Claud CO2

Your footprint stays yours.

Claud CO2 has no accounts, no ads, no analytics, and no tracking. The developer does not collect, store, or sell any of your data.

Last updated: October 8, 2026

The activities you log, the CO₂ values Claud calculates, your weekly CO₂ budget, streaks, saved places, and custom activities are stored only on your device. Your preferences, such as the app icon and the order of the Home sections, are stored on your device too.

The developer has no server and never receives a copy of this data.

  • No account or sign-in
  • No analytics or crash-reporting SDKs
  • No advertising and no tracking across apps or websites
  • No data shared with or sold to third parties
  • No contacts or photos accessed

Apple Health — optional. Claud reads your step count and walking + running distance to show the CO₂ you avoided by walking. Health data is read on your device, is never written back, never leaves your device, and is never used for advertising.

Location — optional, only while you use the app. Your location is used to fetch local weather through Apple’s WeatherKit and to calculate trip routes through Apple Maps. These requests are handled by Apple under Apple’s Privacy Policy; the developer never sees your location. Places you save for trips stay on your device.

Notifications — optional, used for the daily logging reminder. Reminders are scheduled locally on your device.

Siri & Shortcuts — optional. Logging an activity by voice or with a shortcut is processed by Apple and saved on your device.

You can change any of these at any time in the Settings app.

Claud+ subscriptions, free trials, and lifetime purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. The developer never receives your name, payment details, or Apple Account information — only anonymous, aggregated sales reports from App Store Connect.

You can manage or cancel your subscription in Settings › your name › Subscriptions. Purchases are subject to Apple’s Standard License Agreement.

Apple may share anonymous app usage and crash data with developers only if you opt in to “Share with App Developers” in your device’s privacy settings.

You can delete any logged activity inside the app. Deleting Claud CO2 removes all of its data from your device.

Claud CO2 is suitable for all ages and does not knowingly collect information from anyone, including children.

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new date.
