Email giusscos@icloud.com with a short description of the problem. It helps to include your iPhone or iPad model, iOS version, and the Claud CO2 version (shown on the App Store page under Version History).

Free features, trial, and billing.
What’s free?
Logging activities, your weekly CO₂ summary, the CO₂ budget, streaks, Apple Health sync, Siri, and daily reminders are free forever. Claud+ unlocks the trip planner, smart tips, trends, the full activity calendar, the weather forecast, custom activities, app icons, and Home customization.
How does the free trial work?
The yearly plan includes a 7-day free trial for eligible new subscribers. If you don’t cancel at least 24 hours before it ends, the yearly subscription starts automatically. A monthly plan and a one-time lifetime purchase are also available.
How do I cancel or change my plan?
In Claud CO2, open the menu on the Home screen and tap Manage subscription, or the Settings app › your name › Subscriptions › Claud. Cancelling keeps Claud+ active until the end of the current period.
I already paid but Claud+ is locked.
Open any Claud+ screen and tap Restore Purchases, making sure you’re signed in with the same Apple Account you used to buy.
Can I get a refund?
Payments are handled by Apple, so refunds are requested at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Apple Health
Steps not showing?
Claud reads your step count and walking + running distance to calculate the CO₂ you avoided. If they don’t appear, open the Health app › your profile › Apps › Claud and turn on Steps and Walking + Running Distance.
Data from an Apple Watch or another app reaches Claud once it has synced to the Health app on your iPhone.
Weather & trips
Location, forecast, and routes.
Weather suggestions and trip routes need your location while you use the app. If the forecast is empty or a route won’t load, check the Settings app › Claud › Location and choose While Using the App, and make sure you’re online.
CO₂ for each route is an estimate based on distance and the average emissions of each way of travelling.
Reminders & Siri
Never miss a day.
Turn on the daily reminder from the menu on Claud’s Home screen. If it doesn’t arrive, check that notifications are allowed in the Settings app › Notifications › Claud and that a Focus mode isn’t silencing them.
To log by voice, say something like “Log walking in Claud” to Siri, or add the Log Activity action in the Shortcuts app.
Privacy
Your data stays yours.
Claud CO2 has no accounts, no ads, and no tracking, and everything you log stays on your device. Read the full privacy policy.
