Your focus stays yours.

PomoTask has no accounts, no ads, no analytics, and no tracking. The developer does not collect, store, or sell any of your data.

Your data

What PomoTask stores, and where.

Your timers (names, categories, focus and break lengths) and your focus statistics (focus time, sessions, streaks) are stored on your device. Your preferences, such as themes, app icon, and alert settings, are stored on your device too.

If iCloud is enabled on your device, this data may sync between your devices through your private iCloud account using Apple’s CloudKit. That data lives in your iCloud, is governed by Apple’s Privacy Policy, and cannot be accessed by the developer.

Home Screen widgets, Live Activities, and the Apple Watch app read the same data locally, through a shared app group on your device and Apple’s Watch connectivity between your iPhone and Apple Watch.

What we don’t do

No collection. No tracking.

No account or sign-in
No analytics or crash-reporting SDKs
No advertising and no tracking across apps or websites
No data shared with or sold to third parties
No location, contacts, photos, or health data accessed

Permissions

Only what the timer needs.

Notifications — optional, used to tell you when a focus block or break ends. Notifications are scheduled locally on your device.

Alarms — optional. PomoTask can use Apple’s AlarmKit so a session-end alert breaks through Silent mode and Focus. Alarms are created and handled on your device.

You can change both at any time in the Settings app.

Purchases

Handled entirely by Apple.

PomoTask Pro subscriptions and free trials are processed by Apple through the App Store. The developer never receives your name, payment details, or Apple Account information — only anonymous, aggregated sales reports from App Store Connect.

You can manage or cancel your subscription in Settings › your name › Subscriptions. Purchases are subject to Apple’s Standard License Agreement.

Apple may share anonymous app usage and crash data with developers only if you opt in to “Share with App Developers” in your device’s privacy settings.

Your choices

Delete anytime.

Deleting PomoTask removes all of its data from your device. To remove synced data, delete it from iCloud in Settings › your name › iCloud › Manage Storage.

PomoTask is suitable for all ages and does not knowingly collect information from anyone, including children.

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new date.
