Email giusscos@icloud.com with a short description of the problem. It helps to include your iPhone model, iOS version, and the PomoTask version (shown on the App Store page under Version History).

Feedback and feature ideas are welcome too.

How do the 3 free sessions work?
Everyone can use the Progressive Timer for 3 completed focus blocks before Pro is required. Classic Pomodoro timers are always free.

How does the free trial work?
The yearly plan includes a 7-day free trial for new subscribers. If you don’t cancel at least 24 hours before it ends, the yearly subscription starts automatically.

How do I cancel or change my plan?
Open PomoTask › Settings › Manage subscription, or the Settings app › your name › Subscriptions › PomoTask. Cancelling keeps Pro active until the end of the current period.

I already paid but Pro is locked.
Open the PomoTask Pro screen and tap Restore Purchases, making sure you’re signed in with the same Apple Account you used to subscribe.

Can I get a refund?
Payments are handled by Apple, so refunds are requested at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Alarm uses Apple’s AlarmKit for a Clock-style alert that breaks through Silent mode and Focus. Turn it on in PomoTask › Settings › Session Alerts, and allow Alarms & Timers when prompted. If you declined earlier, enable it in the Settings app › PomoTask.

Session notifications are optional banners. Make sure notifications are allowed in the Settings app › Notifications › PomoTask, and that a Focus mode isn’t silencing them.

The Apple Watch app mirrors the Progressive Timer on your iPhone. If they get out of sync, open PomoTask on both devices with Bluetooth on and the Watch unlocked.

Your timers and stats can sync across your devices through your private iCloud. Check that iCloud is turned on in the Settings app › your name › iCloud.

Widgets refresh on a schedule set by iOS. If one looks stale, open PomoTask once and it will update.

PomoTask has no accounts, no ads, and no tracking. Read the full privacy policy.
